Wear & Gear Guide Branding & Identity

After Art Directing and designing a couple Hunting Wear & Gear Guides, it was evident that it was necessary to create an identity that advertisers and readers could identify with for continuity from year-to-year.

Additionally, the success of the Guide required the split of the Wear and the Gear, in order to keep them at reasonable size to be bound into magazines.

The continuity between the two, helped identify them as one brand when necessary–but could also retain its identity when by themselves.
